Very nice place to stay. My room had two bed rooms with a full kitchen in the center of the two bedroom s. My son and I had it like we at home. To save some money on eatting out it was great.
The people who run the efficiency apartments are very nice. They rented to a 1st time renter who was in need of a temporary place to stay. It is a very basic set-up but for a flat rate fee they had everything a person needs to get by, plus some extras like Wi-Fi and cable. I think the owners are providing a good service to people who are down and out and need a quick place to stay. I would have rated it 5 stars but we are non-smokers and the only efficiency they had available was a smoking room. The accommodations are not fancy and these definitely aren't luxury apartments but he had a full bed, kitchenette, cable, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, soda machine, and a big TV and that was all he needed.
Nice rooms, great rates, has laundry service. Rooms have little kitchen areas(stove, table) Can walk across street to a convenient store, McDonald's and restaurant.
Place is very clean very quiet peaceful location with comfy beds and it's great to have a full kitchen and all other needs met while staying staff is friendly and helpful 10/10 would recommend
Nice rooms and they charged weekly 440 and I dont get paid until 15th and tomorrow I have to pay and scared if I have to talk to him cause he makes me and my boyfriend leave we don't have anywhere else to go I need help pleaseeeee
For the price, it's not a bad deal. Rooms are like little apartments, with a full kitchen, living area with a couch and coffee table, a dining area with a table and chairs, a separate room with a door for the beds, and plenty of closet and cabinet space.
It's very pricey for an efficiency, but it's about the same rate as most motel/efficiency apartments in the area. Clean and quiet. Management is nice. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and stores. Less than 5 minutes away from the highway 81 and rt 11 and 30
